Couple more pics from a friend, big rocks.
Word around the campfire is 1/2 daycabs & 1/2 sleepers for this job. When the rocks move all the small towns, intersections, etc. along the way will have flaggers; get on the radio, take the whole road, roll through. Doing quick math* from the paperwork looks like 30,000+ loads! (1,000,000+ tons)
*it was after a few ####tails, one eye closed & counting with my fingers.
