Ugly is an understatement. Has 'Disaster in the Making' written all over it. @skootertrashr6 , did you give him the speech about how an improper load securement ticket suspends the ManCard for a year?

 

Haha I didn't take it to the suspending man card part, but I had to stop him when he got to the part about he just loaded it up the road and it's only going 170 miles and they were rushing him to get it loaded and out the gate so they could close and he could get to truck stop. Told him should of just left that #### there and came back for it in morning so could finish securing it properly and should know ####### better than to let a customer rush and dictate how quick you secure something. Got into it about how his chains were setup and how they didn't do jack #### the way he had them and that he was #### lucky no one got hurt.

Had 2 x'd at the back pulling almost straight down, 1 in center that pulled straight down and 2 in front that pulled straight down on neck.

Thankfully security came out there and helped direct traffic so could get that thing unloaded and off road.

 

@skootertrashr6 you should get your ManCard upgraded to Lifetime Gold for helping the guy out.

Haha I don't know about that, just glad no one got hurt. And hopefully this guy learned a very valuable lesson, especially considering how bad it really could of been.

 

Did it start snowing out there yet? Last I checked weather supposed to snow all weekend out there. Where you going to be parked at? If I make it past Wendover today I'll swing in, if not it will be tomorrow.

I left the trailer on the street by the shippers, it's on the "north" side of 80 at exit 298, can't mess it.

I'm at the Red Lion Casino-Hotel for the weekend, there isn't much for OS truck parking around here

 

Now I loaded there last week and there was no need for him to rush. He could have just gotten the truck and trailer out the gate and stopped to secure it better. No excuse for that at all, there is plenty of room between the gate and the road for him to do that. It's like 100 yards or better.
