    Bingo we have a winner......
Yep we sat around all day to get our trls. setup and then at like 3pm they are rushing me and the other trk. to ld.
This ld. looked like it was even weight dist. but we found out it was front heavy.
Ended up going to a crane yard and having to move it back 44" to get down under 60 on my drives..

The pic. I showed is the pic. right after lding. Well ready to roll the next morning.
The shipper had 4 small straps over the mill roll. 2 at each end. They were tied into eye bolts the ran through all the blocking. They had straps also going through eye bolts from the front blocks to the rear blocks.
The top blocks had cut outs that the mill roll sat in.
My straps were where we could tie down at. Can not go over the main roller it's self.. Might damage the main roller. Don't ask.
I had 4 1/2 chains horse shoed around the eye bolts at each corner.Trust me the load was not going any where.. That got tested by the other guy in Ar.

    Oxbow and tsavory Thank this.

    good tie down.jpg
    See my tie down held..
The other guy was pulling my ld. through Ar. Will not state why on a public board. I had his trl. and ld.Anyhow Ar. sent us on a goofy rte. and as he was coming around the curve with the crown in the road the trl. slide side ways into the ditch

tsavory, Oxbow and Big Don Thank this.

Mainly they asked about the tie down I had done, Which I understand and respect..
Tie downs on mill rolls and field units are a pain as you are limited to where and how you can secure them

    tsavory and Oxbow Thank this.
