He’s trying to scale the weight on the drives. With a shallow neck he can’t get weight on the steer. But even if he could it’s a 12k steer. That’s the purpose of pushing it so far back. He’d be better off to spin the house, but not my monkey, not my circus

We pull the 20k counterweight at least and sometimes the 5600 lbs. bucket depending on the highway. That's plenty on a 7axle outfit with a 50 ton trailer.

With no front and no counter weight they are around 72, I have a 470 Deere on now with no front and no counter weight. And it’s 72,900

Looks like it's missing the counterweight and the entire boom to me. I don't know anything about machines but I know that Volvo ain't the right tool for the job.
