Morgan Oil Co. of Nacogdoches defi- nitely will build a truck stop at the abandoned site at Diboll's north city limit.
Ed Morgan Jr., co-operator of Morgan Oil, confirmed that the company plans to build there, with construction possibly starting in six to eight months. The site will include a restaurant or "something along those lines," he said. The company still is exploring options, he added.
