Are you talking about a detachable sleeper, or do you mean the lightest big truck w/ a big sleeper?
I would guess that the Columbia 70 flattop is probably about as lite as it gets for sleepers 70" and up, midroof slightly heavier but they are NOT detachable, unless you want to cut them off. -
Well I know the 70" is the lightest as of stock sleepers but what about the 96" and up ones cause bents has a sleeper that they call light weight and its a good size one.
-
Last I knew Bentz went bankrupt in 2009, none of THOSE type of after market sleepers are "lite". -
They are out of business but they also changed names to and started over again
-
Maybe an old Able Body coffin sleeper.

"Light" and big sleeper don't really belong in the same sentence, LOL.
But that doesn't answer your question. I stretched my '03 Pete to 300" from 270" and added a 90" Double Eagle, generator, shower/potty, all in 2700#+. As far as who makes the lightest one I think you're down to ARI and ICT as DbbL Eagle closed up. Comfort = weight.
Sorry that I couldn't answer your question more succinctly. -
Kenworth trucks with large sleepers seem to be heavier than the peterbuilts and Freightliners.
Talked to a volvo O/O with large sleeper like mine and he stated he is only 22K. I found that little hard to believe.
My bobtail is 24,500 with a 132" sleeper.
It;s the extras that make the sleeper heavy like the 5' fridge or the 34 gal water tank and the cooktop and sink and the 7K generator and the overhead ac and the shower and toliet and holding tank. -
Could you be a little more specific on what you are looking to do? I'll bet you could get some spot on answers.
