    We are federally regulated here in Canada. Just google the federal labour board in the province your in.

    This is the new Bison, they do it to DFP's and anyone who quits mid month all the time now.

    When I started there, my trainers told me I was going to quit in 2 years or less, and to make sure I don't quit while they owe me money. Go on vacation, get paid out, then tell them you're not coming back.

    that's what the dept of labour is for to make sure as a worker you have rights to be paid fairly and to be treated fairly, first talk with your employer about it then go to the dept of labour if the issue is unresolved.

    Actually the law in the United States allows for an employee to request immediate pay after termination. If the employer doesn't settle with a check at request, they get fined by Department of Labor.

    Nope. Can vary by state. Most have between 1 and 5 business days to pay.
