Bizarre event in Walmart parking lot

Only this he was concerned with was the cart hitting his truck. Truly embarrassing. I would have parked in front of them instead of getting out of breath just from filming.

 

My first reaction is the same. Then I started to think about it.

Whomever is doing this is not alone. They literally do not care about following any civilized norms.
They would probably either run directly into your car, or back up and could very well run over someone while doing that.

Arm chair quarterback here. somehow disable the vehicle, with your concealed carry weapon shoot out a tire(s), but that escalates it in an unknown way.
In short, like most robberies involving property, it usually isn't worth the risk to intervene.
Someone who hates this woman will see the video, drop a dime on her.
The question is will the system really do anything to punish her, and thus discouraging the practice for others.
Probably not. And that is the problem in a nutshell.

I saw another totally bizarre event in a Walmart parking lot today in Vandalia IL

I watched 3 different truck drivers come out of the store with carts full of mdse they had paid for,
put the product in their trucks.
AND RETURN THE CARTS TO THE CORRAL.

I was flabbergasted and proud at the same time. I even gave one of the guys a thumbs up.

 

Now THAT is an unusual sighting!lol

 

Cart Narcs must've been on patrol there
