Thats true - but it was the previous owners own FAULT for losing the company to dumb ### Sunil! Not to smart on his part to hand it ALL over to him.
I worked there for Harold Bjorklund, Bruce Bjorklund, and Sunil.

And that IS against the law here in Minnesota because when it happened to me I looked it up. The only way ANY company can take extra money out of your pay check is if you authorize them to.
I NEVER authorized Sunil or anyone at Bjorklund trucking to take 1 dime out of my check - but that didn't matter to them.
I finally printed out the Minnesota State law on paychecks and brought it in to the office and showed a few of the dispatchers.
So THIS is ANOTHER way in which Bjorklund Trucking out of Buffalo Minnesota (612-333-1141) is breaking STATE LAW by taking money out of payroll checks WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION!
I remember sitting down with Sunil trying to get my payroll deductions that HE MADE ILLEGALLY back. At one point all I could get back was about HALF of the deductions.
STAY AWAY FROM BJORKLUND TRUCKING!wizard1959 Thanks this. -
"Hello? Minnesota Dept of Labor, this company just..."
And your straw to the camel's back! -
Hey X...
the only problem with this is that I DID go to the MN and U.S. Dept of labor and they tell me they can not inforce anything, the only thing my husband can do is write down ALL the hours he worked, including drive time (excluding break and rest periods) and submit those in the the U.S. Dept of labor and they can call them on the issue...but was also told no guarentee we would ever see anymore $$$ come out of it.... Also spoke to one of my Detectives and he also said we sould just leave it be and make it be a lesson learned....but I am a fighter.
How can I get my hands on a copy of that paycheck law?????
Maybe I may just send a cert. letter on that...Hmmmmmmmm -
And so,I am wondering & wondering, how many warnings do some folks need????,or is it the same premise as when I was a kid and Mom & Dad would say to me,well son, since you wont listen, find out for yourself the hard way,and dont pay any attention to us laughing.....Seriously,good luck to your husband and you,but why do folks believe lies (Sunil)before the truth, which has been written here by more than a couple of people?????

I put this in just over two years ago, and I am suprised at how many hits it has, over 3,000.
Thats good, now this should tell you all not to work for this creep.
Good Luck if you do. -
