Black Ops 2

Just checking to see if anyone else has gotten the new Call of duty, Black Ops 2...

I have.. And besides all the glitches, it seems like it's going to be a pretty good game.. Better than MW3 and Black Ops1.

 

My favorite gun so far, for most maps, is the AR-94. But you've got to get to level 55 to get it and the ghost perk. Which kind of stinks..

NOTE: If/when you prestige, you can keep any gun you want. But you have to wait until you get to level 4, create a class, and then unlock it. It's a bit confusing, but here's how.
When you prestige, pick the token option. Then, after level four, go to what ever you want to unlock, and click R1.... I didn't know this at first. LOL... At least not until level 50. Which stinks because I could've unlocked my AR-94 at level 4...

One thing I'm not sure of though. If you pick "reset all stats" or "Create a class", (which is the other 2 prestige options) you still may be able to unlock your favorite weapon or perk... But I'm gonna find out after my next prestige. I need a ghost class. So I'm gonna pick "create a class", and then try to unlock a weapon. Probably the LSAT.... It's a boss.

On thing they've added to the sites (for almost all guns) is the target finder. When your aiming, at an enemy, a little box shows up around him. That comes in pretty handy when there's a sniper a long distance off.

There are a lot of new items and options in Black Ops 2. The only thing I can see that they took away is the Sam Turret.

 

Xbox charges for online gaming, don't they?

 

I've heard that both Xbox and PS3's have been locking up quite a bit after installing Black Ops2. I know the people I play online with, are having that problem.. Mine does at least once a day. Trayarch has said they are working on the problem. And I have to admit, the lock ups are coming less frequently. Last night, me and my son played for a few hours, and it didn't lock up once.

BTW, what does the "gold" membership get you?

With PS3, at no charge, we can play any games we buy, for an unlimited amount of time, with not restrictions. The only thing we have to buy, are the games and the new maps that come out.
