blackballed by last employer

    I have 3 years experience and last september I was in a rear end accident it involved 3 cars I was the last in my truck no-one hurt truck had a bent fender and had to be towed any way me and the guy I hit recieved a "failure to stop" ticket the first car never stopped kept going and now that I have to get another job thats screwing me also my last employer is telling everyone that I abandoned there truck it was a local driving job I parked the truck where we parked it now I have no idea what to do please help

    you have to have some kind of proof that you didn't abandon the truck.. if you were in good with your dispatcher or someone who isn't afraid to stand up for you at that company..have them write you out a letter stating you didn't abandon the truck. Then send a copy of that to DAC services and they will post it on your DAC record as a rebuttle of what the company says.
