Its not a website. You are applying, and you are signing an authorization for background information. They are calling all the companies and sending authorizations, and the returned information is what they are going off of.

There is a secret online site that trucking companies use that you are not suppose to know of. It has ruined many drivers livelihood. It is a corrupt website that is illegal. It speaks bad about drivers so they never find a job ever again.
I am NOT talking about the Dac Report by Hire right. This is a complete different secret online site the drivers do not have access to. You as a driver are not suppose to know about this.
This website any company can lie and say whatever they want about you. You cannot defend yourself or dispute it because you are not suppose to know it exists it's a secret page. Let me explain to you how I found out about this.

I have a clean driving record. No tickets clean psp record and clean dac report Clean Clearinghouse.
So I reached out to a company in Florida called Laziz Cargo Inc. Before applying I asked them if they have company fees/punishments they charge drivers.Their answer to my question was no.
I spoke on the phone and he assured me like 5 times there was absolutely no company fees to worry about.
I specified what exact fees I was talking about. The scam fees many foreigners have running their trucking companies operating in America.
After he said there were no fees/punishment charges it sounded like a great job offer. I went thru the hassle of travel and taking the drug test plus filling out the application and everything.
After I was approved waiting many days without work they blindsided me with a contract I had to sign with a very long list of company fees/punishments.
After lying to me making me lose time and money not being able to provide for my family I angrily refused.
After that I then decided to apply to Chicago trucking companies.
I was desperate to get back to work. Because that Laziz trucking Cargo Inc. Had taken a lot of time off my hands to provide for my family.
The decent pay those Chicago companies were offering sounded good because I could make up for the lost time I had not being working.
I said to myself I will call them also first and find out if they have hidden company fees/punishments before I apply.
I said to myself some of them have to have a soul and operate without all of them lying. I said to myself not all are liars that is not possible! I will ask them if they have those fees before applying to avoid wasting my time.
I applied to a trucking company called Paragon in the Chicago area. They told me they had a small company fee/punishment. I was desperate so I told them ok.
When I was there they brought their contract and it had a huge list of deductions they had not told me about.
I was not happy at all because it was just another company that loved lying also.
So I told them nothing at all after I saw they lied.
I showed no anger or nothing.
Because I did not want to argue or for them to try to convince me. I waited for the guy to leave the room and
I got up and just walked away.

I applied to about 2-3 more Chicago/California/Texas trucking Companies.
Because again I said to myself not all have to be liars or scammers there has to be a good one. I also expanded to other States. Because I said to myself maybe it's only Chicago.
I was applying to the higher paying companies and some that were good paying but not that good. Like an in between paying company.

All these companies told me they had no company fees/ punishment deductions up front by phone.
Then when I was there all of them surprised me later with a long contract full of scam fee punishments.
Like hundreds of dollars for even having a single under inflated tire even by a tiny bit of air.
To thousands of dollars if your freight shifts by any reason at all. You name it they have it. The lists go on and on but you get the point of what I am trying to say.

I never drove any of their trucks at all. I didn't even touch one of their trucks. I just got up and walked away after they would surprise me with scam contracts.
I have the right to refuse any contract. I am not obligated to sign anything.
And because of refusing to sign I was blackballed or blacklisted as they say.

My first red flag that I noticed something was wrong was when I applied to my 6th company.
And they totally ignored me after I gave them all my information. They wouldn't even talk to me or they just tell me they would return my call.
But never called me back. I tried a 7th and 8th company and they all ignored me.

By this time I WAS ALREADY APPLYING TO AMERICAN OWNED COMPANIES THAT ARE NOT OWNED BY FOREIGNERS.
ALL IGNORED ME.
Keep in mind after all this happened I had a good work history.
Excellent driving record No tickets. Excellent PSP Excellent DAC report. I am a hard worker. I even have multiple previous employer recognitions.

I knew something was off. After using multiple tactics to get them to tell me what was going on.
One of them finally told me I had been blackballed or blacklisted. But wouldn't elaborate.
After he told me that I IMMEDIATELY got my Dac report from Hire Right but it was Clean.

I was confused how I could be blackballed after getting my DAC report and it being clean.
So I applied to another company to try and get a backstory from their side to see how I was being blacklisted.

The second company I tried getting information from told me the companies I had applied to LIED saying I had abandoned their equipment. I did not even get to touch their truck because I refused their contract.

Another one said I was crazy with mental problems that I had just got up and walked away from their orientation without reason. And another one said that I purposely wasted their time that I was somekind of trouble maker and so on.

And this was a brief description of all the lies they egotistically builded against me. All because I refused to sign their scam contracts.
They didn't want to give me exact details. He didn't feel comfortable telling me all this. Like if he was scared.
And he wouldn't say anything after that. He was scared to tell me more details it seemed. Or answer any more questions.

I talked to a third and final person in another trucking company I had applied to. With my purpose to get answers of how I was being blacklisted.
In which it was a woman. She revealed what was going on more clearly. After I told her I knew what was going on.
She felt confortable and opened up about what is going on.
She told me this is a secret page drivers have no access to. Only companies.
And it's managed by Russian/Syrian company that have ties to the Russian mob or mafia.
Paragon being one of those Russian mob/mafia connected companies.
These companies are becoming more powerful and spreading across America not only Chicago. But Chicago is mainly where they are.
They established that secret page to supposedly protect themselves from bad drivers. Because the DAC report won't let them put just anything they want.

The thing is people like me are losing their livelihood for simple stuff. They have big egos and money to do so.
So if you have been affected by this in any way shape or form.
The only way we can stop this. Is by you spreading the word that exists. So a government investigation is opened. People who are alied with them or are evil will automatically deny this exists.

This deserves to be investigated by the US government that's all.
Send emails or contact the White House or FBI and tell them to investigate this.
I will be doing that myself.
But the more people who do this. The more it will help them see this needs to get investigated.
It was really hard for me to get this information out of different people from different companies.
Contact your OOIDA if you're a member also and tell them to look into this.

The DAC report exists for a reason. The DAC report you can debate what is being said aginst you. Both sides can be heard which is fair.
This is one sided to ruin drivers. By what I read from an experience of another driver even big American companies like Werner use the hidden blackball page.

PEOPLE WHO ARE ALLIED WITH THEM OR ARE EVIL WILL AUTOMATICALLY DENY THIS SECRET BLACKLIST WEBPAGE AS A POSSIBLITY
EVEN THOUGH I HAVE EVIDENCE FROM DIFFERENT PEOPLE IN DIFFERENT COMPANIES THAT THIS IS TRUE.

I personally have never heard of such a website. It sounds like the companies that you have applied to are 10-99 companies. This is where your problem is.

Sounds funny but it’s a real thing. There's paranoid people out there that believe they're being stalked and harassed by a group of unknown assailants...look it up.

Sadly I know. Back in the late 80’s my sister had a friend who’s mother thought she was being followed. Daughter was hot. Mom was crazy. If I had been older I would have dated either one LOL

The website exists. (Not sure if it’s still up though) I can’t remember the name of it. I thought it was CDLCheck.com or CDlwatch.com something along those lines but that’s not it. You pay a nominal fee and you can post a review about a driver or see if there’s anything written about you on there. The website isn’t sanctioned by the fair credit reporting act so legitimate trucking companies or trucking companies who adhere to proper guidelines don’t use it. There’s even pictures of the drivers and how they’ve abandoned trucks, or used drugs in the truck. I can’t remember the name of the website but when I do I’ll post it

if you have such a good record and perfect driving, why aren't you already working at some of the top trucking companies? why waste time applying to these no name sketchy companies. you should be able to get a callback from any top trucking company. I only had 2 years of experience at the time and I got calls from old dominion, yrc, Saia, r&L, abf,etc in a matter of days. I'm not saying I don't believe you, I just want to know why you're taking this route
