Alright I have a 96 FLD. Every since I got the truck the passenger side sleeper blinker never worked. I took it off and tried it on the driver side and it worked fine. I tested the wires and I wasnt getting any power to it. Also noticed yesterday the blinker on the rear passenger side tractor blinker wasnt working either. The brake, running, and reverse lights all work just no blinker. But the trailer blinkers work fine.

Also my rear passenger clearance light isnt working along with the rear top clearance lights arent working. I havent tested the wires yet but I was wondering if they were wired in series (i.e. like old christmas lights, if one went out the others would to).

    Any suggestions are appreciated.

I have a multimeter. Thats what I tested the blinker with.

Also do you have any idea where the fuse panel is in a 96 FLD? I cant find it. lol.

And I would rather not take it to a shop. They charge ridiculous labor for minor things I can do myself. Thats how I learned how to build honda engines. lol

On the 02 columbia I drove the fuse panel was under the top of the dash on the passenger side. A piece of the dash lifted off.

Replace the bigger fuse that controlling the blinker, not the small 20-30 amp fuse, if not that than your blinker switch on the steering wheel is bad.

Nope. Just a bunch of wires. I was searching and seen someone that had a 98 FLD and they said it was breakers.

Its definitely not the switch cause all the blinkers everywhere else work.

sounds like you have a short where the ground to the truck is at the harness. the wires that come out of the harness for the blinkers also have a seperate ground and sounds like it may not be grounded or a bare spot on the wire causing a short
