Ok so I was coming home at 3am and a semi stopped at a red light when mine turned green I got into the outside lane he was on the inside lane and while he was stopped he blinked his lights a few times. Then he came up and passed beside me and honked. Then as I got off on my exit about 5 minutes later he flashed and honked. What does this mean it's driving me crazy?
