blinking lights

I am pretty sure the woman that started this thread doesn't have a CB in her car... probably doesn't need one either.

 

Ok brakes work but what about tail lights

I'm pretty sure I missed the part of which forum category she posted in. Was thinking her to have been in a truck.

That said, maybe one or two drivers of big trucks that don't have radios will read what I said and the light will click for them.

Normally when a driver is doing that he or she is either thanking you, cursing you, or trying to make you aware of a problem on your vehicle. The driver is trying to communicate with you about something.
