Before I begin, let me start by saying that there are some nice, respectful people out here. That being said, you don't have to look far to find someone doing something that is disrespectful on many different levels.
I was broke down last month right off a major 5 lane interstate. It was during the day where traffic was mild, but not too heavy. I was able to get onto the right hand shoulder to wait for a tow truck. I'd bet that less than 5% of drivers got over. I understand that you cannot always get over, but when you can, do so. It's an easy way to prevent an accident. Out of the hundreds of drivers that passed me on the interstate that day, only one got on the radio to ask if everything was alright. Obviously there wasn't much he could have done, but it's the point.

If you do start driving, you'll get to see all of the fun stuff that goes on in a TS. Whether it's JimBo parked across from you, and you see him get out and piss standing from the ledge of his truck. Or the driver going through the TS like it's the Indy500.
Like I said before, there are a lot of respectful, helpful people out here. As I started out, I learned a lot from random drivers that I had never met by asking questions. For the most part, they'd always take the time to teach a newbie. Now, as I get a little bit of experience under my belt, I try and do my part by not being the driver going 50 mph through a parking lot, or the dude pissing from the side of my truck. I'd rather be the guy that helps a new driver backing than one of the cool guys talking #### about said new driver. Association brings on assimilation.

Hey BT, just so you know I didn't steal my name from yours, lol....I've had Blue Thunder for a nickname for about 10 years now....I used to be a cabbie and had a blue car....My dispatch couldn't believe how fast I could get from call to call...So they said all you could see is a blue flash and a rumble when I went by so I was nicknamed "Blue Thunder" lol

A truck blocked the fuel island and wouldn't answer the intercom in the truckstop. I had a bag of sugar in the truck, so I dumped the sugar into the trash can, then laid the empty sugar bag on top of the drivers side fuel tank. Don't know what happened after that, I finally was able to back out and leave.

BlueThunderr and skellr Thank this. -
Why would any driver mess with another driver's property?
-
To ruin someone's livelihood. Gotta decrease the number of trucks so the freight rate goes up right? Or perhaps the culprit was having a bad day and wasn't able to successfully end his days on his own.
