    I got my notification in the mail about it. I had to use fingerprint biometrics at the Western Springs,IL intermodal yard on numerous occasions. When the lawsuit was filed BNSF stopped doing it.

    They need to worry about the condition of the trucks running into rail yards than fingerprints. I give very wide berths to those drivers.
