Do you think it would be a good idea to contact the property owner, get their opinion?
Maybe, just maybe the property owner has people watch his parking lot, and he doesn't want you there. It's a really far fetch to think that the property owner has people watching and checking for this type of stuff, and call the cops when needed. But possible.

 

Wow. 142 posts, and not one mentioned it's likely a city ordnance? Since the ticket was for parking a CMV, and not trespassing it's very, very likely a city that simply hates truckers.

Whenever I park at a Non truck stop Retail establishment I am either ringing first or asking in person about parking.
I feel it is just common courtesy to do so and gives me feedback about any chance of a ticket or two.

 

No they kept the men's and women's and added a whatever one that I guess was a employee one.

Someone walk in on my daughters, wife or me and I'll be going to jail for a couple hours.

" No person shall park tractors, tractor trailers, dump trucks, packer trucks (garbage) and any other vehicle over 20 feet long "

I have noticed before you can get different Google mapping depending on what device you are using, I saw it as you enter between Starbucks on your left and BK on the right. If it's no longer standing, then it's gone
