Bobtail parking ticket at walmart.. cop lied on ticket

In Illinois unpaid state fines/tickets come out of your tax returns. I'm sure other states do the same.

 

The problem at most Walmarts which is all I know here in Charlotte etc and they sign papers so police in there jurisdiction can enforce all traffic laws etc. Even the "stop sign" for pedestrians can be enforced as a regular stop sign. Crazy but the lots are just like roads there. Not sure about PA though. Also spongebob was better!

 

State laws that are unpaid here will get a bench warrant issued usually with smaller offenses you serve 30 days. It's not really the charge it's the not appearing.

@freightwipper if you have receipts proving when you approximately arrived until you got the ticket that is the out. Signs said overnight right?

Well if the sign said overnight you should be good no matter what is a tractor etc.
