They would lose too much business from dummies who would think their pick-up isn't allowed.

Let's play piss everybody off some more....
So can a pick up truck pulling a trailer be allowed on a no tractor trailer lot?MidWest_MacDaddy Thanks this. -
It could be a local ordinance. They may not mind you there, but the village, or town might. I had a short episode with Walmart as a contractor, and there were Walmart stores that even Walmart trucks could not be there for more than 30 minutes due to local laws. The fact that there were no signs nearby the restaurant could work to your advantage, but in court they will tell you you are a pro, and should know better, since you were able to see the signs no too far at the Walmart. It is not a moving violation so it is better to be pragmatic. Even here some do not take your side.

Sure, unless there's a tractor in/on the trailer.blairandgretchen and MidWest_MacDaddy Thank this.

Well i guess it's time to hit up the casino to pay for this ticket
Xzay Thanks this. -
Why didn't you go in and ask the manger of Burger King or the Walmart what the policy was. And express your thoughts on simply posting a no tractor trailer sign instead of posting a no trucks sign? It's quite possible all the buildings and parking lot could be owned by one corporation who just leases the buildings out to stores like Walmart and Burger King and the policy they have in the parking area is no tractor trailers. Bottom line is use a lil common sense when you see a no tractor trailer sign probably best to think they mean no bobtails to. If you decide to park anyway cause they didn't explicitly say no bob tails on the sign well pay the ticket you got because you deserved itroshea Thanks this.

1) i thought this was private property? Yes, i know you can still be issued a ticket for parking in a fire lane or handicapped spot for example.
2) Was ticket written to you or left on the truck?
