Time to hijack. Where did @scottied67 get to?
Bean Jr. and MidWest_MacDaddy Thank this. -
I'm neutral on this but anymore wal mart seems to be all over the map regarding trucks so I just avoid ones that don't have designated truck parking .
Some moron recently knocked down a light pole at the Concordia ks store so I'm sure there will be no trucks signs there soon . -
If you patronized any of the businesses there and you have the receipt to prove it and you weren't in a Tractor Trailer as the sign states, then they have to throw the ticket out of Court.

I don't doubt that. But as a trkdriver you need to know what common since means. Most the preventables are caused by drivers that have very limited judgement and lacks common since. In your case that one sign can't get any more clearer a
then what you read.roshea and Pnwtrucker Thank this. -
Very simple, if he has a picture of the sign and a receipt that he patronized any business there and he wasn't parked overnight, there's no Judge that's going to say he was parked illegally.
Also let's say a local driver driving a Box Truck or a small Tow Truck or a Side Loader, decides to park in the lot to have lunch at BK, are they deserving of a ticket.......No.
It's a BS ticket that the local PD issues because most likely the Offender isn't going to spend the time to fight it.
It's a easy money grab for the PD.Last edited: Nov 19, 2016
