I do believe the Strip is posted NO COMMERCIAL VEHICLES!
Years ago...before they put the trees and dividers in....I used to take my students, full rig, down the Strip...started South of Trop and got off at Sahara. NO MORE THOUGH!

Back in '01 I took my truck and trailer, parked it at the Belligio for the day , (Called and talked to security, gave them my phone number and they watched over it for me till I came back and got it.)and then moved it over to the MGM that night. We called and told reservations we were there for WCW doing some advance work for our upcoming show there. Got a killer deal on a room on a Saturday night. Drove it straight down the strip, got a ton of looks also.

I like Vegas never drove a truck there though. I like how you can drink beer and walk down he strip and no one bothers you.

You otta keep W-S trucks out of the casinos. Makes the Co look bad. My friends bought a brand new Pete with a Custom sleeper and took delivery of it in Vegas. Drove up to the door of the Taj Mahal dressed in Tux and tails and his wife in a formal gown. he said to the Valet, here are the keys, without a blink the valet said, She looks brand new, would'nt want to put a scratch on her, just follow me and I'll bring you back.
Guns don't kill people, makes it easier than running them down with a knife tho. -
I'll be back in Vegas next month and check out if the strip is posted or not. It would make sense, what with all the tourists there, to post the strip if no trucks were allowed. In all fairness, how can the cops write a ticket for driving a CMV on a street that's not posted ? Plus, stopping a CMV to write him a ticket would snarl traffic pretty good, right ?

If you have to make a delivery, signs or not, you've got to do what you've got to do. Those gas stations on the strip need their loads like everyone else. I'd rather stay away.
-
OK, gashauler, you should know, is the strip posted or not ?

This is the lot I seen behind Harrah's. It's on the corner of Flamingo and Koval one block south of the strip. I seen a bunch of trucks parked in an alley way behind the Paris also. It looks like they come off Flamingo to get to them. The monorail is there and a short walk to everything.
