Well, we went down in flames. I haven't said anything about it because I didn't want to get the scolding.

24 mph over speed limit..59 in a 35 in my p.o.v. Swear to God I had no idea it was 35. Just so you know, there were 6 of us there today, same cop. Same stretch of road. Going east bound there's a speed limit sign every mile. Zero going the other way. (Silver Creek Rd between 820 and Jacksboro highway)

Went to court with lawyer today and it turns out Ft Worth will not reduce any ticket on a cdl holder. Either guilty or not. Period. So there it is.

Only blemish on my mvr for 20 years of driving. TNI tried to get insurance ok for me but no deal. They let me resign and show eligible for rehire.

Oh lord I'm in trouble. I can't afford to miss a day of work.
@Chinatown. Help!! I live just north of ft worth between decatur and Witchita Falls. I've mostly driven dry van, but I've also driven tanker and intermodal. I didn't renew my hazmat this year but I can. Western Express is not an option, I read where too many folks are making 4 or 5 hundred a week. I can do that at McDonald's and still lose the farm. Also, I'm afraid refrigerator trucks won't work for me because I simply cannot adjust my sleep schedule to be driving during the hours of 0 dark 30 and 4am.

Yes yes. Beggars can't be choosers, but I know what I'm capable of.

59. Important distinction. But actually not hurrying. Just frantically trying to find a speed limit indicator. I was only driver on that stretch at that minute and even my GPS didn't have a clue. Next time I dint know I'm gonna go 25 and if I get pulled over for too slow I'll say I wasn't sure if it was a school zone or not.
