I would be too Dear. That’s not right. And they wonder why the turnover is as high as what it is. Pay a driver a decent wage even if they are just babysitting and not rolling down the road and a lot of that would change.

Here’s a suggestion. Take it as you may. I know you hate slip seating. I gather that you aren’t interested in a private fleet where you will have to touch freight. I think you are DFW based. Go to Poly in Grand Prairie. 70cpm hub miles. Keep your truck. Stay out for weeks if you want. No more bs like you are dealing with those jackwads. Poly isn’t perfect either but a lot more $ than you are making now. Plus your goat would like a red Peterbilt.

Could be worse. I get paid $35 per drop wether it takes 30 minutes or 10 hrs
