It is worth noting that drivers make more money than most of those office folks.

    A lot more.
I was the facility manager for FedEx Freight about 12 or so years ago......I was doing 70, some of my guys were doing 100.
    I was just like, smh....
But seriously, look into Lazerspot. It didn't work out for me for physical reasons......believe it or not, you really need to be in pretty good shape and I was coming off a back injury.
But, I liked the company. Here in South Georgia the starting pay was about $20.
    Good luck UTG.

In this economy your chances of driving with that ticket and work history are slim to none…….

and I say that with peace and love

That’s what I’ve been trying to convince her too. If she does find a driving job right now it will be a turd that she won’t be happy with anyway.

Something completely different. Alaska Pipeline Jobs on Facebook. Driving jobs all on flat ground in the oilfield out of Deadhorse Alaska.
Shuttle bus drivers. Bobtail fueler trucks. I f your CDL doesn't work out you can hire on as camp worker Prep Cook, Housekeeping,Chef, Barista,
or Maintenance. There are lots of jobs and it is cold but you are treated like kings cause not alot of people will do it. You can also pretty much set your schedule 2 weeks on 2 off 3 and 3 ,4 and 4. I live in Corpus and do a 3 and 3 fly back and forth full benefit package bring home 7 grand for my 3. I'm 60 yrs old and will hopefully retire there. Oh and when I do drive I never go over 35 mph. Our trucks are governed.

Alaska is appealing because it seems so exotic. I came close to going there 35 or 40 years ago, but my kids were too little to uproot like that. How does one get a gig in Alaska?
