I called them and they are a division of Sprint/Nextel.
Instead of using the Sprint network, Boost uses the Nextel network. So there is no roaming. Phone will work only within the network. If you have no signal and you receive a call, it'll go to voicemail.
It sounds like a great deal for drivers that have steady runs along the interstates and major cities, within the Nextel network. -
if thats true it wont be very useful

Have sprint right now and seems the freekin bill changes all the time. Really thinking about moving to boost, anyone out there use it?

Boost SUX !!!!!!!!!!

I'm with US Cell, and have had good luck with them while hubby was on the road.
Don't recommend them for wi-fi though. -
Stay away from Boost, Walmart has a new service called Straight talk on the Verizon Network, its either 30 a month at 1k minutes or unlimited for 45 a month. Works everywhere. Cheap phones though.
