Bostech EGR coolers. Anyone has experience with them?

    I need a new EGR cooler for my Volvo and I saw this upgraded coolers from Bostech:

    This picture got me interested:

    They look more solid and my be more reliable, just don't know if they cool the gases well. This are also $600 cheaper.

    Anyone tried this?

    I met the person at louisville Kentucky truck show in 2012, he modifies the internal workings of the EGR cooler he told me it will be the last One you ever buy !

    Puts in stainless steel rods, instead of very thin metal tubes

    I'd like to get one if they're available for the D16 Volvo.
    Dealer quoted $2300 for a stock replacement !!!
