Video shows driver ignoring spill that sent 4,000 gallons of fuel into Dickinson storm drains
Video shows the fuel spill while the driver was unloading and the company is telling folks it’s not their problem..
Both the driver and the company need seriously need to be held accountable for this.

The video made it hard to see what happened, but it almost looked like they opened the API head before the hose was connected to the drop fitting.
TCEQ, GLO, and several other agencies are going to have a field day with these people.mjd4277, drvrtech77 and Lav-25 Thank this. -
Nice. This happened about 10 years ago in Milwaukee. Residents started complaining of gas fumes coming from the storm drains. Turns out, they isolated the cause to a gas station they claimed had leaking tanks. It was noted the station recently got a load of fuel. I called the asst. DA at the time, and told them, I would check into the delivery. The driver clearly didn't "stick" the tank, overflowed, and took off. Since it was before cameras, the trucking company and driver refused to say, they ended up digging up the gas station, putting the owner out of business. They never did go after the trucking company.
