Sure did. I have no tolerance for schmoes. When I told the asst. DA that, he had no idea what I was talking about, "stick the tanks, what is that"? For all they know, the gas magically appears from a big underground pipe of some sort.
Both the driver and the company need seriously need to be held accountable for this.
