bought a kicker and have some ?'s

    i was told it was a straight 8 but it only has 6 pills he said its the Toshiba pills and with running it off my galaxy 98VHP i should be pushing
    close to 2000 watts dose that sound about right? its in my 99 w900 i have it grounded to the seat base bolt and to the frame

    hard to say what it will do not knowing what pills are in it.

    Definitely a 6 pill. Can't tell what pills cause whoever built it strapped them in. Looks to be built well.

    That first 2 pill section looks like it might be a drive section. Notice the smaller transformer on the out put side. I'm no expert but that might be a 2 driving 4.

    Hope someone with more experience will chime in here.

    my galaxy 98 puts out 200 watts im driving it with that so i know its a high drive amp othe wise i would have fried it by now

    it was a guy down in laredo that built it

    and i hooked up my cheap radio shack watt meter and the power drops when i talk on it
    i have read thats bad but no detail about why or what the problem is
