    Jesus you are making this way too big of a deal.

    1st off, progressive will insure you. You need to ask them about a NON commercial, commercial vehicle policy. You only need liability coverage for now. Not the standard million dollar coverage. Just whatever your state minimum is.

    Yep. They want proof in insurance and $50 for it.



    I have to get my corporate papers filed that I want to put the truck in so I will wait to transfer title.

    I don't want to pay sales tax twice.

    I didn't think it was going to be a big deal also.


    The BIG Kicker for everyone is I have had a CDL for less than a year.

    Progressive said no deal also.

    Easy enough better to be legal . No sales tax. Rolling stock exempt. Same w/ parts at dealer Mi In Oh and ?

    Well back to square one. That temporary insurance company does not write in Michigan.

    And the liability is not usable for obtaining a temporary permit
