Looking for info on Bowling Transportation out of Ohio and PGT in Ohio that does only steel hauling.
Did a search and the only info that comes up is old or not relevant to steel hauling.
Currently a flatbed driver. Looking to go Covered Wagon or Conestoga hauling steel.
    I live in OH.

If you want to be a steel hauler for PGT dedicated check out MSR in Monroe, Oh. they are leased to PGT and run a dedicated account. Bowling is about the same maybe a better company, but with direct freight and nice equipment. Both companies are probably the same, I know a lot of drivers from both they all bounce around from PGT (MSR), Bowling, and TMC dedicated. Good luck.

My wife's late husband drove for them...... quite the coup' in our area! Out of the other two, hmmm..gimme a day or so!~
I've met and encountered a few MSR / Monroe guys through the years, and none had a BAD thing to say, which in this industry, is like winning a mini-lottery.
I'm still all about Valley, even though they turned me down in the day.. I don't even remember why.. Maybe because they knew that i wasn't a skateboarder, even in a covered wagon. LoL.

Most of the MSR guys are happy, I think in their dedicated they are flat rate paid and the others might be paid by weight, same with Bowling they are paid by weight. I don't know to much about Valley other than they seem to haul a lot of black iron out of mills. MSR and Bowling haul black iron, but haul a lot of steel thats been through a toll plant, slit coils, pickled, blanks, and so on. IMO the biggest pain with the steel industry is it's ups and downs and the attitudes in the mills.
