The guy just got done saying he doesn't partake in any THC yet because of his opinion regarding such you're assuming and inferring he's doing drugs. Man, you and your kind are the problem, today. This heretic mentality is actually worse than the problem 'cause it spreads like a fungus among the uninformed and uneducated.

Most of the new regulations are going after the new wheel turners. Where the dispatcher will tell them how great that they are and they can do it, just because they have a load.. And the idiot is the only one to do it. And they had a news article on welfare last week.. Some states were paying over 60,000 to welfare receipiants .. And they were wondering why people didnt want to work. Welcome to the welfare state... Until all of others money runs out.

And do you start reading the book on the last page also? Try starting at the beginning, and you will find out what happened. But there are those that attempt to belittle.. Just show us what he up and coming wheel turners do when they aren't holding on to that steering wheel on their car seat?

When people are as adamant about drugs as was written.. They are doing drugs.. Unless one is a troll and gets their rocks off pissing off others who are adamant about having a safe trade. And then there are those that think this trade is a total joke, and acts acordingly. Now the question is, what are they? Because the people that have done this trade for a lifetime, wants to be able to go home and not carried in a box to the house for a wake, because of some idiot that thinks that they can separate their dope time from their working time.. Funny how all companies have an in door and an out door.. And those that use the out door have two checks in their hand. Now if they still think its a joke... And get to pee inthe bottle for the police or DOT.. They get an all expensed trip to the local bed and breakfast, with those pesky bars. As it is still a crime to do the NIDA5 drugs, and being under the influence ,is still like a DUI.. Then the fun really begins.anybody want to try this little theory?

That's complete bunk and epitomizes and compounds the problem. I'm completely adamant and passionate about some drug rules and subjects and I don't do drugs and I'll be darned if -anyone- can be so ignorant as to say I do drugs based on my preferences regarding the subject, rules and laws or based on my subject postings but you just fit the bill.

This type of subject matter often has little to do with safety in trucking and everything to do with bringing some sanity and fairness to the nation's unfair and unsafe (alcohol is a much more abused and dangerous "drug" than pot) drug laws as no one is even remotely suggesting that driving under the influence is a joke or a good idea or even something that should or could be done.

That "idiot" you speak of who KNOWS he can smoke a doobie on his down time and not have any effect on his driving time apparently and obviously knows much more about the subject than yourself. IF you included alcohol in your rant and diatribe you could have made a point, but you didn't. You're simply regurgitating tired old rhetoric based on law propagated by clueless individuals such as yourself who repeat what they're told regardless of any truth.

You're invoking a negative of which was never introduced. I have yet to see anyone among these pages indicate they believe drugs and driving is a joke. There are drugs that can light you up for which DOT doesn't even test for. In essence, you're tossing the baby with the bathwater by ignoring these simply because they're not tested for.

Lastly, since we're on the subject, if you think for one iota of a second that you're sharing the roads with drivers who don't indulge, you're highly mistaken. There are drivers for companies which tip them off when they're going to get called for a random and there are drivers who know how to beat urine tests and hair tests as well, regardless of what you read, heard or were told, it can and is done on a regular basis all across America. Just because I'm aware of the reality of the situation doesn't mean I endorse or support it and just because I choose to discuss it doesn't make me a user regardless of what those with double-digit intellects may think.

You want to start at the beginning? ANY discussion of drug laws must begin with or at least include alcohol. To not do so is equivalent to spitting in the wind.
