That's a snowbird load i would bet.
When there are plane reservations and promised delivery dates in the mix the price goes up quickly to get it to move.
Also the minute the clock strikes 12:01 on New Years the snowbirds want to go.
and some want there car siting at the airport in Florida with the ac on when there plane touchs down lol
