I would appreciate any first hand information. What I've heard from their recruiter sounds pretty good, but I haven't been able to talk to any of their drivers, simply because I never see any of them or even their trucks and I would like to hear from someone who actually works or worked for this company.

Read my latest post on Bad Companies. For years I did not know what they had done to me concerning the IRS, and collection agency. It all came up within the past year. I would never work for a company that would not tell a driver that his family was calling due to mothers failing health and have that driver find out after the mothers funeral. The dispatcher and driver were both arrested for that one. I heard the police officer tell the dispatcher that he would not have blamed the driver if he had killed him.

Better hide quick we all goin to jail people -
Im sure you didnt just hear that. You were there right? I would go with Boyd or their sister company WTI, before any other flatbed company. Driver from talking to many Boyd drivers it seems they try to keep good drivers and seem to pay pretty well too.
