    No vacation pay
    No holiday pay
    No layover pay
    No breakdown pay
    Health benefits suck
    High deadhead miles (no pay)
    Your pay is strictly commission of 25% of gross load revenue supposedly. The Ops mgr never answers or returns your calls. The safety director lost his CDL due to 2 DUIs, the last one, involving a bad crash. But the man is married to the Owners cousin.
    Larry Brady is a gentleman. But sadly, I don't think he knows what's going on between operations and his drivers. He has a high turnover.

    Based out of Utah? They seem to be okay on SAFER. You do know 1099 jobs don't have vacation pay, holiday pay, or any benefits, right? 1099 contractors are not employees. They don't work for the company, they do business with them.

    Sounds like the typical OTR company to me and even if you are paid for anything on that list most places will lowball you anyway. $15 detention, $100 holiday pay and $500/month insurance are barely any better.
