The disc brake chambers are not as cheap as the typical aftermarket drum chamber.

I would be worried about the clocking of the chambers. Those brake hoses are hanging low may be knocked by road debris and the cheap hose ends will snap off. Note how the other axle are clocked higher.

I used to
Carry a spare , on drums , its two bolts and the air line and the pushrod .

Doesn’t take long to change .

I also carried a spare mirror after getting one knocked off ,
