im confused the lines came off of the parking bake chamber there are no ports on the service side. Once i know which line does what (easy) where do they go?

Yes both ports will be on the park chamber. One port will be slightly closer to the service chamber though and it will be the one that receives air from the brake pedal. The other port will get air supplied to it when you push in the park brake valve on the dash.

is the leaking air symptomatic of crossed lines?

Did you read the mounting hardware instructions? I know it looks easy on paper, but these brakes must pass a DOT inspection.

so make sure park line goes to port furtherst from service chamber? Service air line to port closest to seevice chamber? Going to attack this mini project in few hours. Thanks for your help, seriously you guys rock.
