With lights off everything works fine ,then with lights on the left turn signal won`t flash and the brake lights come on without touching the brake pedal. I changed the flasher and turn signal assembly and it still does the same thing. Thanks for your help
Brake lights stuck on and turn signal works only on right side.

Sounds like you have a poor ground on the left rear t-sig lamp. Keep in mind that the brake lamps will be on anytime the key is in the on position with the parking brake set. You might check your rear tail lamp bulbs for a broken turn/stop filament that's crossing over to the tail filament causing the issue of the stop lights.

Is this a straight truck or do you pull a trailer?

Found the problem ! The two contacts on the bottom of the tail light bulbs over heated due to my running flashers and lights on a night job. The contacts melted into each other and caused brake light to come on with tail lights. Thanks for your advice !
