Brake Safety Week 9/16- 9/22

Well it wasn’t much of a break safely week for me.
Did my usual run from ny to Florida and passed the usual 16 scale/ inspection sites that I normally pass and got zero inspections.

 

Saturday morning they had the EB Tokio scales open (eastern Washington I-90). They were doing randoms of various levels, it seemed. I’m sure many were caught off guard there and then.

 

Idaho had pop-up scales on I86 near American Falls and on hwy 30 outside of Twin Falls.

I was driving a pickup....

 

Whuddaya need brakes for? All they do is slow ya down!
