Ever pulled a tow dolly? Especially empty? Loud as hell. Enjoy. I hate the things. I'll always flat tow, always have, always will.

It says Dinghy towing is not allowed. Didn’t say anything about Dolly towing being prohibited.

The manual contradicts itself a few times. And makes you flip to various sections.

You WANT the steering locked if you have the rear wheels on the dolly and the front wheels on the road .

    Oh

yeah , they are definitely loud when empty but can’t do anything about that .

last time I used one was behind my 4 runner to go pick up a suburban ,

When I got the burb I just put the dolly behind it and towed the 4 runner back , I put the rear wheels on the dolly and made sure I had the fronts streight and locked em .

Flat towing an automatic trans vehicle is usually pretty expensive .

unless you leave the engine idling and the trans in N .

    I’ve seen that done several
    Times

seen a few people do it with manual trans vehicles too .
