    Lol no way. I work for Cypress. They are a good company and they train me well. I made a deal with myself. If I can drive safe in the winter months then I will finish my contract. If I don't then I call it a quit for the 18 months

    What would your reaction be if Cypress did not honor their end of the contract, or doesn't your word mean anything?
    If you leave early you will be on the hook to pay for the training.
