I always keep some good cinnamon on my truck. Tastes good and It's good for blood sugar levels.
I add it to my coffee, oatmeal, peanutbutter, protein shakes mostly.

Try making some cinna-sugar kettle corn sometime. That's always a clutch snack with a movie.
Microwave buttery popcorn, sugar (or Splenda or whatever you like), cinnamon, and salt- all to taste. Highly recommend this for a movie night with the lady

Lol 12 years is a long ### time, that's enough to get fat and ugly if you don't care.....look at a driver when he starts....then look at him 12 years later. Lol

 

Maybe just maybe she has a medical condition(s). One of my daughters went through kidney cancer, and kidney removal along with a couple of other issues. She couldn’t move around much for a couple of months. After six years of health issues her size change very much resembles those posted of Bridget Fonda. Dramactic weight gain doesn’t always mean swallowing whole pies, and being lazy.

 

She was in a bad car accident back in 2003 I think her back got broken

 

Very true. A thyroid condition will cause weight gain also. And it's sure no fun for the person who suffers it.

 

why would anyone care what her weight is or what she looks like? she's not harming you in any form. Judgemental *^&holes in this world. Always gotta make fun of peoples looks. get a life. Lost a lot of respect for some of you.

 

I’m sure she was self conscience enough before people with cameras make news out of her problems. I try not to make fun of people because what goes around tends to come around.
