Just a quick visit home. Leaving in a couple hours going to Pennsylvania, then to Wilmington, Delaware to pick up a load for West Virginia which points me back to Oregon. Could have said no to the NE run but it'll start my week with 800 or so miles I wouldn't have otherwise and I'm not in the habit of turning down miles.
More later...

I especially liked the Borris/Natasha line @Espressolane
I always loved the Rocky and Bullwinkle Show. -
About 100 miles from my drop and decided to go ahead and wrap it up for the day. Parking after 2000 is tough up this way so I decided to not push my luck. I'll still be there before Receiving opens and figured that I'll still be able to pick up drop my next load tomorrow without much problem. Planning to load out for Oregon Tuesday morning and go wild for the rest of the week.
Hope y'all had a great weekend.Airborne, Oxbow, Crusader66 and 2 others Thank this. -

Watched Hacksaw Ridge this weekend. Great movie.
Bought a 19" LED HD TV $9 8 for my truck and and a second Roku Stick. I found a nice all you could every want streaming channel for $20 a month. Don't ask, don't tell
I don't watch too much TV on the truck, however, there are times I feel like watching something and a Android phone screen is just too small. Not too mention the recently updated unlimited plan from Verizon makes it more palatable to stream sporting events, movies etc.Last edited: Mar 19, 2017

Huge, monumental, epic dispatch screw up.
Pulling into receiver my phone rings. Dispatch on the horn in a panic. Wants.to know what trailer number I have. Same as on my paperwork I tell him...long silence.
Yep, he crossed up some numbers and I got the wrong load. Just took a load bond for.53 miles from our yard on an 1100 mile sight seeing tour.
Jesus Tap Dancin' Christ I'd hate to be him today. Boss already to a stripe out of his rear for trying to push me to run outlaw.Airborne, Oxbow, Crusader66 and 3 others Thank this.
