You would be surprised how often that does happen in companies.

Well, I'm back at the yard, hooked up to the right trailer and will be heading back to PA around 0430. Hopefully this time I'll be able to empty off my wagon and not get stuck behind Brother Hezachia and his horse and buggy for 5 miles...good Lord did I want to lay down on the old air horn, but I managed to restrain myself and limit it to cursing under my breath.

    What a day...

Airborne, Oxbow, Crusader66 and 5 others Thank this.

Remember, he has as much right to that road as you do. It stinks to get stuck behind one but just part of the job, like getting stuck behind a school bus.

Airborne, Oxbow, Lepton1 and 3 others Thank this.

That's true I suppose, but other than PA and a little of OH, I don't know anywhere else in America where a horse and buggy can dictate the pace and flow of modern day traffic.

    Oxbow Thanks this.

Never ran into it in any of those places, however I tend to stay on interstates in those regions so my local experience is pretty limited.

Airborne, Oxbow and cnsper Thank this.

Now that I think about it I do believe I have run into it there also.
