Caribou is a brand that stakes their reputation by roasting their coffee at temperatures far lower and longer than Starbucks. Much more flavor.

Cold brew is allowing the coffee to steep in the refrigerator for hours or even days. Not only kick ### caffeine, but zero acid. I cold brew a pot every day in my truck frig. No more heartburn, and every sip is a "Dayyyuuummm that's good!!!" experience.

They did keep the shops open under the "Boss Shops" name.

 

Brew coffee double strength for Iced drinks.
Double strength is just twice as much coffe. So if you use 2 ounces of ground, then use 4 ounces of ground.
Brew as usual, then let it sit for a while to come down to room temp. when cooled pour into a container and put in fridge.

Best way to sweeten cold beveages is with a heavy syrup.
Just water and sugar.

 

Shuddering! Come on folks, coffee is meant to be served HOT! Tea is meant to be served COLD!

Hot tea was around for thousands of years before man discovered coffee beans.
