Fully understand. For years I used DDL, was well worth the money. Actually saved my ##* a few times. Had a DOT ask for logs, popped open the lap top and hit the enter key, only to have them so OK, thats good.

Tried Big Road quite a while back. For some reason it could not remember my files. Would lose everything about every 60 days. got real tired of that. Ran Keeptrucking for a few years with no problems and several inspections.
    Easy is the key.

When you say files, do you mean logs? At the end of every month I just download a copy of the logs for the month as a pdf and drop it onto my G Drive. Never had any issues.

Files, logs, History, sort of one and the same.
Yep, just went away. App said I needed to log in, and when I did, all the data was gone.

Tried tech support. they seemed to not be real interested in the problem. Was a well were not sure what happened here, but we will look into it.

Running on an Ipad mini. The mini has a strange place, the iOS is more like the phones than the larger ipad products.

Yeah, Southern summers can be downright brutal. But trying to unroll or roll up tarps frozen into a.solid block is one more gold plated pain in the ###. Not missing that at all, but once spring and summer roll around i know im going to really miss the deck. Working up a good sweat is a wierd kind of pleasure for me. I'm a very sick man...lol.

Been running down 65 out of Chicago/Gary area and it sure seemed that there were more trucks than usual out. About 30 North of Whitestown I started to notice all the trucks were disappearing. Decided to hit the TA in Whitestown for a cup of coffee and was shocked at the number of trucks already parked. Got my coffee and walked back out and really got confused...a steady stream in and out. This elog thing has everything turned upside down. For my part, I have 700 miles to go by 0800 on Wednesday so I decided to wrap it up for the day, go back inside and get a bite to eat and a shower. Figured that I have a spot now, why push my luck. I'll be in Four Oaks in plenty of time so why take any chances.

    More later...

There are quite a few that may be running outlaw now that the mandate has come around. I know this ELD mandate has quite a few O/O's either sitting the mandate out till trump does something about it or taking a chance on getting OOS and a ticket in many states. Most that are fighting against this mandate are running reefer because of the non stop 14 keeps ticking away while the shippers and receivers leaving them at the dock for hours to get loaded or unloaded. Thats the one reason for wanting to run opendeck like I want. Opendeck will get me the exercise I need and want everyday to lose weight and keep it off instead of being just a window licker lake 75% of drivers on on the road. If I wanted to be a window licker I can do that here at the house from just letting my dog in and out and also having to leave the house when I have to. I can't wait to get myCDL and start running opendeck, theres always something to learn everyday and it will keep my mind and body running on a daily basis which is something that needs to happen for me!!!!! Running opendeck theres many things to keep in mind but one that gets me all the time, You can always put more one to keep warm but theres only so much you can take off to stay cool!!!!!!

Right. You get plenty at first but once you have the basics figured out it keeps getting easier and less physical. Still more exersize than bumping a dock, but you're not going from flabby to ripped, thats for sure.

Yet I still hear people claiming that you don't see fat flatbed drivers. But it seems to me that half the drivers I see loading the same places I do are morbidly obese.
