Ok. We're just going to pretend today never happened. But I will say this...the amount of money it's going to take to get me to come back to California anytime soon ain't likely to be paid. Sheesh, what a God awful trip this has been. Nothing wants to go right and its just plain old wore me down. Well, tomorrow is another day and I'm sure it'll be better.

    More later...

Even if there's only 3 loads in Colorado, the fact that they utilize the comments section with useful information makes it better than most other boards.

Speaking of Disneyland. I run Cali every week. A few years back I bought an annual pass that included the parking pass. Every month I would roll my rig & trailer right into their R.V. parking area and escape from reality.

So for me, it was a trip to Disneyland! LOL

You ever do any subhauls for Michael Dusi? Just curious, as that’s their prime route also.

Well,.i had to wait on a can for a.couple hours also, then had to deal with a couple of pissed off unloaders.that had me back in, then set there for two hours then have to disconnect so the can could get in after I was told they were just going to put it on the floor. Then sent to Compton to lick up one pallet...had to back across four lanes of traffic it get into a box truck dock. Next stop, wait two hours because load wasn't ready, then nother hour and a half to get 8 pallets. Now it's rush hour and I'm in Southwest LA and I got to get to Yuma, Az for my next pick. Ran out of 14 in Thousand Palms with a grand total of 189 miles.and two picks
Now as an O/O there's enough money in it to justify all that...for me.it was.a 14 hour day where I made about $115. That's just no good at all. So, who had a worse time is irrelevant, it was a crappy day and I'll be glad to.get it behind me.and get back.to doing what I do...miles.

Stop complaining! $8.00 an hour is really good money, don't you know?

Why back 9 years ago when I started my driving career with May Trucking, I routinely had loads like yours where I only averaged $5.00 an hour. LOL

There's just really something wrong with that.
