Broke Down 69...The Adventure Continues

I hate to admit it but I took my eye off the ball and didn't even know I was running into this .
No internet service here so all I know is what I hear on the radio .

I knew I should have left Wisconsin for Houston Friday.
Wanted to wait until it warmed up today to load. Using open cab forklift.
Maybe roads will be clean tomorrow.

 

Used to be a bar down off Pulaski called fast eddies ...motto was warm beer lousy service .lol

 

FYI
I live just west of Chicago and my driveway was a sheet of ice 3 hours ago and its been raining/sleeting nonstop since.

There is a winter weather advisory in effect for the area until 6AM tomorrow morning.

 

Got wbbm installed and tmw morn shouldn't be a problen ....boo to the Illinois department of transportation website for road conditions .
Might as well thru a dart ata map .

 

Well, I showed up at the secure yard where I drop my trailer this morning at 0530 to head back out to reality after a long 3 and a half day weekend.

One of the service guys parked a day cab right in front of my trailer. Have to wait now until the shop opens. Not the first time this has happened either.

Unfortunately, I don't have a complaining leg to stand on, they let me park here for free. So, I'll just smile when they show up and ask them to move the truck.
