    Just another day. Ground my way out of Hell...er, Yankeeland...er, the fine region of the Northeast. Now look, if you love it, good. Takes all kinds to keep this industry moving, but I'd rather drop a bowling ball on my nuts than drive up there. It's just not my place or thing. Found a good bit of rain and it turns out there was a pretty nice looking blue Kenworth under all that salt. Going to spend the night with my girl tomorrow since I'm passing right by her about the point where I'm going to be running out of 11. Hell of a coincidence aint it?

    Well, there have been fits and starts. Setbacks and slowdowns, but Thursday the truck will be mine. It was pulled in today and the agreed upon work began. Truth is, I could have stayed put and took the truck tomorrow afternoon, but I was given a load to run that dovetailed nicely with the Thursday schedule. Standing around watching and waiting doesn't pay very well and this load does, so it was pretty much a no brainer. Taking the weekend off to move in, polish wheels and install cb...then it's time to work even harder than I have yet. And very likely start a new thread...Hope all you cats come along for that ride too.
